Autoguided by SkySensor2000 on the Vixen GPDX mount.
Comparison between a POSS (Palomar Observatory Sky Survey) image made in 1953 or 1954 and my own image of NGC5907. The POSS image is the brightest one. Several stars have moved in the 50 years that passed between the two exposures. I can find at least seven stars that moved. And you?
The images were automatically scaled and registered with the COREGISTER command in the Iris software (freeware).
